After attending Alex's level 1 Coaching Course, I have started coaching a year 6 Netball team which includes 3 boys. Through the skills I learnt on the course together with the book 'Coaching Made Easy' written by Alex, I have become a lot more confident and I now believe in myself as a coach. The book is brilliant- it gives so many different drills and ideas to incorporate into a session, with explanations on how to do them. I definitely would attend another course Alex was teaching.
