I started coaching primary school netball over 12 years ago and although I have introduced many children to our great game, it was only recently that I attended a Level One coaching course, run for Surrey by Alex Spring. Alex is an excellent motivator with a genuine love for the game. The course was both challenging and fun. I cannot praise her skills highly enough and we are extremely lucky to have her in our sport.

I attended the Skills and Drills course as a pre-cursor to attending the Level 1 Coaching course, and found that thi swas a great course to learn how to build drills from a basic level to thinking how to expand each drill into something more complex. It was excellent, and Alex's delivery made the course interesting and fun.

Alex took the time to coach our Club's pre-season training session - and wow, what a success & what a fantastic start to the season! Alex was full of enthusiasm, motivation and energy and it was immediately clear that she had a real love for the game and for teaching.
