When I first started coaching, it was really useful because 'Coaching Made Easy' always used progressions and started with the basics. It didn't lead straight into a complex practice. The shooting section was particularly useful as I was a defender and not a shooter so it showed the technical side of the shot. It became my bible and I'm now a more confident coach.

Through attending the level 1 coaching course, i feel so much more confident in my own coaching ability. Alex gave me some brilliant points, not only for coaching but also for improving my own game. The book is also very worth while as it includes loads of useful drills for practices.
