I attended the Skills and Drills course as a pre-cursor to attending the Level 1 Coaching course, and found that thi swas a great course to learn how to build drills from a basic level to thinking how to expand each drill into something more complex. It was excellent, and Alex's delivery made the course interesting and fun.
