I attended the Level 1 coaching course led by Alex. There were people with a whole range of netball knowledge and experiences but the course provided something for us all. I met some lovely people and really learnt a lot. The course was delivered with great clarity and enthusiasm and I would recommend it to everyone!

Alex took the time to coach our Club's pre-season training session - and wow, what a success & what a fantastic start to the season! Alex was full of enthusiasm, motivation and energy and it was immediately clear that she had a real love for the game and for teaching. The girls thrived on Alex's session and learnt so much in just one hour. Since then myself and one of the other girls have been on one of Alex's coaching courses that too was excellent - really professional, and a serious confidence booster for us - looking forward to the next session already!!

I found the 'Just Drills' workshop incredibly useful. As a trainee PE teacher, I have my own knowledge of netball drills however was not sure or confident enough to select some to use for KS3 and KS4 lessons. I found that the whole session was very informative and easy to understand. Alex was very keen to check understanding and revised a couple of drills following feedback which worked well.  I will definately be attending more courses as the information is not only useful for netball but also other sports after small adpaptions. I would highly recommend this course.
